BAGGAGEFORWARD Membership Terms of Use

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Application of These Terms): These Terms set forth the conditions that Users (as defined in Article 2) must observe when using the international forwarding service (hereinafter "the Service") provided by Frontier Employment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") on the website "BAGGAGEFORWARD – International Shipping" operated on a specific domain (hereinafter "the Company Website").
The Company may establish individual terms of use (hereinafter "Individual Terms") for each part of the Service as appropriate.
Article 2 (Definitions): "User" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and the Individual Terms, applied for registration for the Service, and been approved by the Company. "Third party" means any individual or corporation other than the Company.
Article 3 (Changes to These Terms and the Individual Terms): If litigation becomes necessary between a user and the Company, the district court or summary court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

Article 26 (Use Outside Japan): When using the Service outside Japan, users shall do so on their own responsibility after confirming that they are in compliance with the laws of the relevant country or region. The Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage arising in connection with the relevant country or region.
